Hi, I’m Katie.

When I made the choice for my own divorce, I was confident it was the right decision, but I had no idea where to start. Raised by two loving, happily married parents in Chicago, I was the first person in my family to face divorce. As a natural planner, I began gathering information, but despite all the facts, I felt isolated. No one seemed to truly understand what I was going through, and although I had a wonderful attorney, family and friends, the process still felt overwhelming. The thought of placing my future in someone else’s hands was terrifying.

Looking back, I know I would have greatly benefited from a coach during that time. A coach could have saved me time, money, and a lot of stress, empowering me to make clearer, more confident decisions.

I earned my BA in Psychology and Communications from the University of Iowa, and for the past 20 years, I’ve been serving, coaching, and guiding others to achieve their goals. I expanded my professional portfolio by obtaining my real estate license in Charleston, SC, where I’ve loved helping people find their homes including those going through divorce.

I’ve lived in the Low Country for 12 years and call Mount Pleasant, SC, home with my two children and two dogs. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing tennis and spending time with my family.
